Tishomingo State Park

Ben was off for Fall Break Monday and Tuesday so John took Monday off and we went tent camping at Tishomingo State Park.  It was so cool with rock outcroppings that you do not find any where else in Mississippi.  We did lots of hiking.

 The swinging bridge was built in 1939 by the CCC.  It made me kind of nervous.

 The water was so cold.

 Marcie the adventure dog hiked 5 miles.

 After John and the girls retired from hiking to fish, Ben, Marcie and I went another couple of miles.
