Last Week

Below are some pictures from last week that were taken by other electronics than my camera -- my phone, Cara's phone, and John's phone.

After everyone left Thursday, we played outside in the cul-de-suc for a while.

These are pics that Cara took while they visited that I may want to use in my blog book.

While Mama, Aunt Connie, Cara, Aubrey, and Ella Kate were visiting us, John was at the annual meeting in Chicago.  He sent us several pictures including his room and the view from his room.

Denny Hamlin was the guest speaker Tuesday night.

On Wednesday night they attended a White Sox game.

Visitors

Mama, Aunt Connie, Cara, Aubrey, and Ella Kate are visiting for a few days while John is at a meeting in Chicago.  On Monday night, Cara gave Annie her first haircut.  Just a little trim to the mullet.  On Tuesday, we all visited the Children's Museum of Memphis.  On Wednesday, Cara, Aubrey, Ella Kate, Ben, Mollie, and I went to the Memphis Zoo.  Annie stayed home with MawMaw and Aunt Connie and we hit the zoo HARD.  We arrived around 10 a.m. and left at 5 p.m.  We watched a bird show, fed birds, rode a carousel, had a picnic, splashed in a geyser, rode a camel, watched a sea lion show, swam in a fountain and of course looked at a bunch of animals.

We didn't see it all but we're done!

Last Day of VBS

This Week

I walked into Mollie's room one evening and found Annie and her favorite baby in the doll cradle.  Mollie swears she had nothing to do with it.  Annie got in by herself.

We have VBS at our new church this week.  Wednesday was crazy hair day.  VBS is from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day so they bring a sack lunch.  There is a sweet older lady in the nursery that Annie loves.  She runs to her when we go in the door.  I think they spend all morning rocking together.

Mollie has a third pigtail and more hair bows sticking out the back.  My camera fogged up it was already so hot outside at 8 a.m.

Mollie is the little one in the middle participating in a silly song during the opening assembly.  I don't have many pictures of them from the week because I'm helping with the 3rd and 4th grade.
