This weekend Ben played in the Birmingham Bash for the final time. It may have been his last travel soccer tournament. They won two games Saturday, but lost to Tuscaloosa 0-1 Sunday morning putting them out of the bracket.

September Week 4
Another soccer win. MG wanted us both to wear camo shirts to CC. Friday the girls and I went to Homeschool Skate with friends.
September Week 3
Mollie Grace went on a canoeing field trip, Ben's team played more soccer, and we had crazy hat/hair day at school. On Thursday, Henle began acting weird and we separated her from the other chickens. I went out Friday morning early and found her dead. I buried her. We were concerned about having just one hen and rooster so MG's friend Piper said she could get two hens from her. Piper has about 40, all named. Piper chose Virginia (black and white) and Melody (orange) for MG. We spent the weekend acclimating the two groups of chickens. Virginia was pretty determined to escape and jumped the fence once.
September Week 2
More pics from CC and we went to Jena for Emalee's wedding. Mama's mustard is definitely making the blog. It's older than Annie!
September Week 1
The girls went to Teen dance. Corrie invited Annie to join them. The theme was Prince and Princess. Some pictures from CC, Ben's team won another soccer game, AND there was a bear in our neighborhood. He stayed for a few days because the tarp house people were feeding him.
End of August
A neighbor pyramid, school days, a butterfly on John's hat at the soccer fields, and John's birthday celebration.
Mid-August
Foundations started two weeks after Challenge. Annie spent the first Wednesday in my class at CC and the second with Lily Belle. She began CC and dance. Ben had a soccer game in Fort Payne. They won. On the way home we stopped in Scottsboro to check out Unclaimed Baggage.
