It's Christmastime!

At the beginning of the week we were just throwing away the pumpkins.  By the end of the week we were in full Christmas mode.

 Ben and I are building Snoopy's doghouse for the CC kid Christmas party this week.  Ben hung a Van Gogh inside the doghouse to make it authentic.

 Friday we saw the Nutcracker at the Orpheum with CC friends.  Addison and Ava rode with us.

 Friday night was the CC mom Christmas party.  PJs seems to be the popular party theme this year.  Most of us also wore our CC fundraiser Christmas shirts.

 I put the tree up earlier in the week and strung lights Thursday and Friday.  It was ready to decorate Saturday night.

Annie chose a ballerina this year.

 When we saw this ornament in the Breyer catalog we had to have it for Mollie Grace.  It looks like Ranger, her favorite pony at riding lessons.

 Ben really wanted to put the star on top of the tree but he just wasn't quite tall enough.

 Sunday afternoon was our small group Christmas party.  All the kids stayed at our house with two sitters while the adults met at another house a mile or so away.  The kids helped me get ready for the two parties.  Mollie Grace and Annie made cookies for the kids to decorate.

 Ben made ham and cheese sliders for the adult party.

 The girls enjoyed making ornaments while the boys hung out upstairs in Ben's room.
