Annie's dance classes had open house last week. I was late for tap because I had to pick Ben up for soccer practice. Her Ballet 3x class learned a dance from the Nutcracker party scene and even had costumes (recycled from storage). Annie's Ballet 3x class is small and they were missing one student. Saturday Mollie Grace competed in the first Winter Tournament of the season. She rode Bravo who she only rode for the first time on the previous Monday. She cantered in a show for the first time and got 2nd place in her class! Sunday night was the cantata at church. Both MG and Annie sang in it. Monday night we went to 4-H Cooking Club and made lots of Christmas treats. We sent some to work with John on Tuesday. Wednesday Ben's CC class had a Christmas party just for their class. And Wednesday night was the DPC Youth Christmas party. The costume contest was "Costume Based on a Christmas Song." Ben was Rudolph while MG was a Partridge in a Pear Tree.
