The only picture from the time we spent in Jena for Thanksgiving is Ben sleeping on the couch with Marcie on his head. PawPaw Sherman was sick with Covid so we were not able to see them. Mainly we hung out with MaMa and the grandkids. At the Elders' house, the girls decorated their tree while the men were at the hunting camp. Friday night we went to Canton for their annual Christmas celebration. This year BB wasn't with us because she was in rehab following back surgery. Mrs. Elder came, though. We saw the world's scariest carousel horse. MG rode the only chicken on the carousel. We all took a carriage ride around the square. On the way home Saturday we stopped at the Alabama Welcome Center. We don't understand this turkey sculpture filled with litter but we felt the need to take a picture with it.
