The week of Thanksgiving, we closed on our new house, camped in it without furniture for a few days, pulled the trailer down the Natchez Trace back to its home at the hunting camp and spent a couple of days with Nana, Grandaddy, Jim, Fran, MV, and Janey.
Coming into the house for the first time after closing.
Took Christmas card pictures in the back yard.
Stopped by Wheeler Wildlife Refuge to see what 20,000 cranes looks like. There are big birds everywhere but it's hard to get a good picture that shows that.
Ben brought some things to begin working on his room.
Playing Headbands. Thankfully the former owners left this chairback bar stools and their refrigerator. We were ready for our couch by Wednesday, though.
Traditional hunting picture on Friday.
Hanging out at the camp Friday night before bed. We stayed in our trailer and Jim and MV stayed in the cabin with Grandaddy.
