We spent the weekend with Jim and Fran. We went specifically for Vettes in the Village, a Corvette show that Jim has participated in for a couple of years. This year John took his car. I chronicled his trip taking pics through my windshield beginning as we pulled out of the neighborhood.

Through the tunnel. Possibly Ben's favorite part of the trip. He also gets really excited about two huge flags flying over car dealerships in Mobile.
Finally Florida. When I told Ben that we were in Florida, he said, "We really did make it." He had announced, "We made it" in each town we passed through beginning about five miles down the road.
